Our client is a Dallas-based leader in the co-working space, known for creating vibrant, high-end office communities where entrepreneurs, small businesses, and growing teams connect and thrive. With expansion underway, they’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Community Manager to lead their new North Richland Hills/Keller location.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Lease private office suites by generating leads, giving tours, and closing deals to achieve full occupancy.
- Build Relationships: Get to know members and local business owners, creating a warm, connected environment where people love to work.
- Network in the Community: Attend local events, partner with business groups, and promote the space through outreach and social media.
- Create Buzz: Plan and host engaging events that bring members together and keep the space vibrant.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure members have an exceptional experience from move-in to renewal, managing operations with care and professionalism.
- Own the Numbers: Track tours, conversions, and renewals in HubSpot and stay on top of billing, reporting, and occupancy goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Sales or people-focused experience: 2 years in sales, hospitality, retail, or teaching—anywhere you’ve built relationships, communicated clearly, and driven results.
- Natural connector: You genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and creating solutions that work.
- Competitive and goal-oriented: You love a challenge and thrive when there’s a target to hit.
- Excellent communicator: Confident, warm, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Organized multitasker: Comfortable juggling tours, events, and member requests with ease.
- Tech-comfortable: Familiar with HubSpot or eager to learn.
