What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Dental Receptionist position at My Pediatric Dentist?
We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented receptionist/administrative assistant for our Council Bluffs office. We take pride in our positive attitudes, teamwork, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Patient check-in, patient check-out, answering phones, organizing and maintaining referral patients, scheduling, assisting with administrative tasks, and enjoying coming to work! Dental office experience and bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
The position will be roughly 35-40 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am -2:00pm.
Hourly wage based on experience. Benefits include continuing education, paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, dental insurance, dental scrubs, and 401K after one year of employment. We look forward to hearing from you!
