My Painter & Exteriors is a growing residential and commercial contractor looking to build long-term relationships with professional subcontractors across multiple trades.
We are actively seeking reliable crews and trade partners to support our continued growth. Whether you specialize in one trade or offer multiple services, we'd like to hear from you.

- Exterior Painting
- Drywall Repair & Finishing
- Carpentry & Wood Rot Repair
- Trim Installation
- Power Washing / Soft Washing
- Roof Repairs
- Roof Replacements
- Siding Repairs
- Siding Replacement
- Window Replacement
- Door Installation
- Gutter Repairs & Replacement
- Commercial Maintenance
- General Exterior Repairs
You do not need to perform every service listed. We are looking for qualified subcontractors in any of these trades.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, subcontractors must provide:
- Current W-9
- Certificate of General Liability Insurance
- Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance (or valid exemption if applicable)
- Reliable transportation with a clean, professional work vehicle (white vans or work trucks preferred)
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable communication via phone, text, and email
- Ability to provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service
