About Us:
My Neighbor Services LLC is a fast-growing service company in Allen, TX. We generate consistent leads through our in-house marketing agency (Click4Corp) and are looking for a strong Operations Manager to take over estimates, manage jobs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Running estimate appointments and closing deals
- Pricing jobs accurately based on scope
- Managing crews and assigning jobs
- Overseeing job completion and ensuring quality
- Communicating with clients after the sale
- Handling issues and preventing complaints
Compensation:
- Base - $600/week
- Commission-based, 5% to 10% per job
- Performance bonuses for quality, reviews, and job completion
- Optional base depending on experience
