Duties - Mover / Driver (Box Truck)
- Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to transport household or office items to various locations
- Load and unload items using equipment such as pallet jacks or manual lifting techniques while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Forklift experience would be great.
- Assist customers with their moving needs by providing friendly, professional service and clear communication throughout the process
- Plan and follow efficient route driving schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in moving furniture, appliances, and other bulky items
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly
Requirements - Mover / Driver (Box Truck)
- Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles
- Proven experience in moving services or warehouse environments involving heavy lifting and manual labor
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with commercial driving, route planning, and delivery logistics
- Ability to load, unload, and secure cargo safely using pallet jacks and/or manual techniques
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and vehicle operation
- Physical stamina for frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout shifts
