Job Description
- Review and edit technician notes, digital inspections, and photos
- Communicate findings to customers with honesty, empathy, and clarity
- Help customers understand what’s urgent, what’s upcoming, and what’s optional—based on their budget and safety
- Follow shop procedures and workflows with precision
- Use texting, email, phone, and POS systems to communicate and process payments
- Order, receive, organize, stock, and return parts as needed
- Coordinate with 2–3 assigned technicians to ensure inspections are thorough and notes are clear
- Ensure all invoices are accurate, transparent, and easy to understand—for customer records, warranty, and long-term history
