About the Role
Are you detail-driven, great at problem-solving, and passionate about keeping things accurate and compliant? We’re looking for an EVV & Compliance Coordinator to help ensure caregiver visits are properly captured and verified through Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)—reducing missed punches, fixing exceptions, and preventing billing denials. This role is key to protecting our operations and supporting the care we deliver every day.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor EVV activity daily for missed punches, exceptions, and compliance issues
- Correct EVV errors by partnering with caregivers and internal staff
- Ensure visits meet Medicaid and payer documentation/compliance requirements
- Track and manage authorization, EVV, and billing discrepancies
- Maintain credential tracking (licenses, certifications, expiration dates)
- Support audit preparation and routine compliance reporting
- Communicate EVV issues promptly and clearly to staff and leadership
- Collaborate closely with Payroll and Billing to resolve mismatches
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset Comfortable working with reports, data, system alerts, and follow-up workflows
- Clear communicator with strong organization and follow-through EVV system experience is preferred (training can be provided)Education / Training
- No specific minimum education level required EVV system training can be provided Experience Prior EVV experience preferred (especially in home health or Medicaid environments)
- Work Setting & Physical Requirements Office environment with frequent computer use
- Regular interaction with staff and caregivers Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)To Apply:
