Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to build rapport and identify needs
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new B2B clients and increase brand awareness
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote product offerings effectively
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer data, and follow up on leads systematically
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives through communication and outreach
  • Present product features and benefits clearly, emphasizing technical sales aspects when engaging with clients
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive client experiences

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles within technology or related industries
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and persuasive messaging
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing within a business development context is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns and warm calling strategies
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, telecommunication techniques, and customer service best practices
