MY Hospitality, a growing hotel management company overseeing properties across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for one of our Tampa-area properties. With several new hotels opening soon in the Tampa market, this is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who wants to grow with a company that’s expanding its Florida footprint.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and support hotel teams with a focus on culture and accountability
- Manage budgets, P&L, and key operational metrics
- Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and compliance
- Drive revenue through effective sales, market awareness, and revenue management strategies
Qualifications
- Prior GM or AGM experience in a branded hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of hotel financials and operational KPIs
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or Wyndham is a plus
- Must be familiar with the Tampa hospitality market; no relocation offered
