As a HVAC Supervisor - Sales Manager, you will be a leader in our field operations, working closely with technicians and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will begin your day by collaborating with your team, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to our proven processes. Throughout the day, you will engage directly with clients, presenting customized solutions that address their needs while fostering trust and satisfaction. Acting as the voice of the technician, you will effectively communicate recommendations and options to customers, ensuring clarity and confidence in every interaction. REQUIREMENTS FOR A HVAC SUPERVISOR - SALES MANAGER

• At least one year of proven sales experience in HVAC or a related industry
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of success in delivering solutions and achieving customer satisfaction
