Manufacturing Associate – Wood Frame Cutting & Assembly
Join our production workshop in Tarpon Springs! We are looking for a skilled and motivated team member to work in wood frame cutting, assembly, canvas stretching, finishing, and packaging.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position. It is not an artist, graphic design, painting, photography, or digital design position. Previous production experience is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.
What You Will Do
- Cut wood frame moulding and other materials using a miter saw
- Measure materials accurately according to production specifications
- Join and assemble cut wood pieces to build frames
- Stretch canvas onto wooden frames
- Assemble and finish framed products
- Package finished products carefully and securely for shipping
- Use hand-cutting tools for trimming and finishing materials
- Operate workshop machinery and production equipment
- Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards
- Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Strong hands-on and practical skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable using a miter saw and hand-cutting tools
- Ability to measure, cut, join, assemble, and package products accurately
- Fast learner who can understand and follow technical instructions
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a workshop environment
- Reliable team player interested in a long-term position
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous workshop, woodworking, framing, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
