What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Nutrition @ My Fit Foods (Lifestyle, Health, Nutrition, Fitness) position at My Fit Foods?
This Isn’t a Clinic Job. It’s a Leadership Mission.
My Fit Foods is on a mission to change lives through simple, smart, sustainable nutrition—and we’re growing fast. With retail stores across Colorado, Oregon, and Texas, our vision is to become a nationwide force that helps everyday people get out of survival mode and into a lifestyle they love.
We do what we do because we know the truth: nutrition changes everything—confidence, energy, mental clarity, social engagement, fitness, even purpose. That’s why we’re not just a meal company. We’re a results company.
And now, we’re looking for a Director of Nutrition who’s not just passionate—but strategic, driven, and ready to build something that matters.
This Role Is Bigger Than a Title. It’s a Platform.
You’ll lead from the front—building systems, scaling programs, and coaching a multi-state team to deliver world-class results. You’ll work directly with our CEO and COO, helping shape the future of our nutrition department and the lives we impact every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, and develop Nutrition Consultants across three states
- Personally coach clients using our core nutrition philosophy
- Own and evolve our signature programs like the 21-Day Challenge and My Fit Life
- Build and roll out scalable training and onboarding systems
- Set and uphold clear performance standards and client outcomes
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, and Operations to integrate nutrition across the company
- Represent My Fit Foods on video, social, and media platforms with confidence, charisma and clarity
You’re Built for This If You…
- Are a licensed Nutritionist or Dietitian who lives the lifestyle, not just talks it
- Have a track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-moving environments
- Are confident coaching people through plateaus, self-sabotage, and mindset blocks
- Can build structure from scratch and scale it with precision
- Are as comfortable coaching one-on-one as you are presenting to a company-wide audience
- Thrive under accountability and want to be measured by real results
- Are a natural coach and challenger—you can hold someone’s hand while holding the line
- Want your work to mean something and make a difference at scale
- Can you sell someone on the best version of themselves—and then help them fight for it?
This Isn’t For You If…
- You’re disorganized or need hand-holding
- You avoid conflict or coaching hard conversations
- You’re more theory than execution
- You’re not ready to lead from the front
We’re Building Something Special.
If you're looking for a comfortable, static nutrition job—this isn’t it.
