The Role
We're looking for an experienced Location Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our four Gulf Coast locations. You'll be the engine that keeps things running smoothly — supporting our optical and clinical teams, championing the patient experience, hitting performance goals, and shaping the culture inside your store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, takes ownership, and gets energy from building strong teams.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of opticians, technicians, and front-desk staff
Own daily operations: scheduling, workflow, inventory, vendor coordination, and store presentation
Drive sales, capture rate, and patient experience metrics
Partner with the clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs between exam and optical
Resolve patient concerns with warmth, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with leadership
Uphold the standards, brand, and culture that have made My Eye Guy a community favorite
What You Bring
3 years of management experience in optical, retail, healthcare, or a similar service-driven environment
Proven ability to lead a team and hit performance goals without losing the human touch
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with POS systems, scheduling software, insurance, and basic reporting
Optical or eye care experience is a major plus (ABO certification a bonus)
