My Derma Dream is seeking high-performance Sales Closers / Sales Representatives to join our rapidly expanding global team. This role is designed for "Sales Hunters" who thrive in a results-oriented environment.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

✦ Base Structure: $600 USD Monthly Base Pay OR Uncapped Commission (whichever is higher).

✦ Earning Potential: High-performing consultants currently average $1,000 – $3,000 USD bi-weekly.

✦ Operational Setup: 100% Work-From-Home (WFH).

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✦ Lead Conversion: Execute inbound and outbound sales calls to pre-qualified "warm" leads.

✦ Product Expertise: Effectively communicate the clinical and aesthetic benefits of skincare solutions.

✦ Closing & Objection Handling: Navigate complex customer concerns and close high-ticket sales using proven psychological sales techniques.

✦ System Management: Maintain data integrity within the CRM ecosystem (Shopify, Monday.com, Aircall).

✦ Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue KPIs in a US-Business Hours (EST) shift.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

✦ Experience: 1–2 years of verifiable BPO Sales experience (Required). Specific experience in Inbound/Outbound Sales, Retention, or High-Ticket Upselling is highly preferred.

✦ Communication: Advanced conversational English skills with a focus on rapport-building and persuasive communication.

✦ Technical Literacy: Proficient in computer navigation and multitasking across multiple cloud-based tools.

✦ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
