Startup Dental practice in the Vineland, New Jersey area seeking a full-time receptionist/scheduling coordinator/insurance specialist
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to maintain organization and professional patient communications in a fast-paced environment;
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to multitask;
- Ability to handle all patient processing tasks prior to and succeeding appointments;
- Ability to contact insurance companies regarding compliance and collections; and
- Dental experience not necessary, but preferred.
Duties include:
- Managing the multi-functional duties of the front desk;
- Greeting patients, telephone, scheduling, patient check-in/out;
- Records management, accepting payments; and
- Ensuring compliance and reimbursement with insurance companies.
- Calling insurances companies to verify
A competitive salary and benefits package is available. Pay is commensurate with experience. Quarterly bonuses based on performance. The position offers significant room for advancement and growth within our startup.
Please note this position is a full-time Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, and CANNOT be a remote position.
