Role Description
This is a full-time, virtual Appointment Setter role for My Dentist For Life. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, managing communication with prospective clients, and assisting with lead generation efforts. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless scheduling process while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Outreach
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities to address patient inquiries and build positive relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
- Answer inbound calls and text messages from patients
- Call patients to schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment
- Reactivate overdue hygiene and inactive patients
- Handle basic patient questions and guide them toward booking
- Document interactions clearly in our system
- Fluent English with clear, neutral accent
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong phone presence (confident, not shy or monotone)
- Experience with appointment setting, call center, or sales
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Dental or medical office experience
- Experience handling patient objections
