What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Serve as the primary liaison between doctor and patient for all treatment discussions
- Present and explain both simple and complex treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Translate clinical recommendations into a compelling and understandable patient experience
- Verify insurance benefits and build accurate, detailed financial breakdowns
- Coordinate and sequence treatment plans for optimal clinical and scheduling efficiency
- Guide patients through financial options and remove barriers to starting treatment
- Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain a strong case acceptance pipeline
- Monitor patient progress and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment
- Educate patients on post-treatment expectations, medications, and next steps
- Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal protocols
- 3 years of experience in a dental practice (implant or full-arch experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment workflows
- Experience with Dentrix (or similar PMS)
- Proven ability to present treatment plans and convert to scheduled treatment
- Exceptional communication skills — confident, clear, and patient-centered
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
