My Craft Source is a growing e-commerce and retail company serving crafters, creators, and small businesses across the country. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our business.
This position will work closely with our General Manager and help oversee multiple departments, including customer service, fulfillment, and production.
We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while also knowing when to step in and help solve a problem. The right person will be a strong leader who can prioritize, delegate, make sound decisions, and keep teams moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help oversee daily operations across customer service, fulfillment, and production departments
- Monitor workflow and identify areas that need additional attention or support
- Delegate responsibilities and help ensure priorities are clearly communicated
- Hold team members accountable for productivity, accuracy, and expectations
- Assist department managers and team leads with daily operational decisions
- Recognize bottlenecks and shift resources when needed
- Help resolve escalated customer service issues
- Make day-to-day operational decisions independently when appropriate
- Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance management
- Maintain organization and communication between departments
- Help develop and improve processes as the company continues to grow
- Work hands-on alongside the team when needed

- Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, delegate, and hold employees accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Confident handling difficult customer or employee situations
- Able to take initiative without needing constant direction
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to learn different areas of the business and step in wherever needed
We are specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations rather than simply wait to be told what needs to be done.
