Position Overview

We are seeking warm, intuitive, and highly professional Personal Companions to join our team. In this role, you will build genuine relationships with our clients, helping them navigate their daily routines with dignity, engagement, and comfort.

If you have a natural passion for helping others, love engaging in rich conversation, and possess strong organization skills, we would love to meet you.

Note: This is a non-medical companionship and concierge role.Key Responsibilities

• Meaningful Companionship: Engage in thoughtful conversations, share hobbies, read aloud, play games, and accompany clients on walks or leisure activities.
• Concierge & Daily Errands: Assist with light scheduling, grocery shopping, prescription pickups, meal prep, and running general errands.
• Transportation & Outings: Safely transport clients to medical appointments, social gatherings, cultural events, or personal outings.
• Household Facilitation: Provide light home organization, assist with technology (smartphones, tablets, email), and help keep daily living spaces pleasant and comfortable.
• Communication: Maintain open, compassionate communication with clients and provide brief updates to team leadership or family members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in companionship, personal assistance, hospitality.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Must pass an AHCA State Livescan Level 2 Background Check
