- Successful record of effective communication including, but not limited to, public speaking.
- Demonstrable experience and a working knowledge of business metrics.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- A Dental Degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
- 5 years of experience working in a team environment.
- 3 years of experience in supervisory position managing direct reports.
- 3 years of experience managing budgets.
- Willingness to travel, at least 50% travel as needed
PREFERRED:
- An advanced degree in management (MBA, MPH, MHSA) or equivalent education/certification is preferred.
- Experience with dental residency program(s) preferred.
- 6-8 years of similar health care management experience is preferred.
