The Role: Mid-Market Account Executive
We’re hiring a consultative seller who knows how to navigate complexity, influence multiple stakeholders, and close meaningful deals.
In this role, you’ll drive net-new mid-market and emerging enterprise revenue. You’ll own the full cycle—from prospecting to close—while serving as a trusted advisor for customers navigating complex insurance compliance challenges. This is a full-time, fully remote role (EST preferred). Minimal travel.
What You’ll Own
• Drive net-new growth
Own mid-market and emerging enterprise pipeline, from prospecting to close.
• Close strategic deals
Drive $50K–$200K ACV sales with 60–120-day cycles.
• High-level conversations
Run polished discovery, demos, and executive-level discussions.
• Become an illumend expert
Articulate our AI differentiators clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate closely with leadership
Work directly with CEO and COO on key accounts and sales strategy.
• Bring insights back
Share real customer feedback to shape product and GTM.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of SaaS sales success with a consistent track record in mid-market or enterprise
• Consultative, relationship-focused seller with strong discovery and negotiation skills
• Comfortable navigating migrations, renewals, and multi-stakeholder buying groups
• Strong communicator & presenter; polished with executives
• Interest in AI and its business value
Bonus: experience in compliance, risk, insurtech, procurement, or legal tech
