You enjoy building order from chaos.
You naturally stay ahead of deadlines, communicate proactively, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You can manage dozens—sometimes hundreds—of active claims simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
You are comfortable working with multiple departments, solving operational problems quickly, and ensuring every claim progresses efficiently toward settlement.
