Operations Manager – Paratransit Services
Join our team as an Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient paratransit service delivery. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, support drivers, and drive performance excellence across service, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service runs efficiently and meets all performance goals and compliance standards.
- Lead and support drivers and dispatch staff, fostering a positive, safety-first workplace.
- Monitor operational data, budgets, and KPIs, identifying and resolving service issues proactively.
- Partner with maintenance, safety, and customer service teams to improve fleet performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with union representatives, manage grievances, and promote effective labor relations.
- Drive continuous improvement through service enhancement and complaint-reduction initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3–4 years in transportation or operations preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
