What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at My City Transportation?
MyCity Transportation is a premier provider of transportation services. We have more than 22 years of experience in the transportation field and work 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We operate non-emergency programs using wheelchair accessible as well as standard passenger vehicles under contracts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of passengers from pickup to destination
- Provide professional, courteous, and comfortable service at all times
- Operate passenger vans and wheelchair-accessible vehicles safely
- Assist wheelchair passengers as needed (Wheelchair Van Drivers)
- Act as a positive and professional representative of the company while on duty
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug screening, physical exam, and criminal background check
- Must be able to complete 3 weeks of training with little or no interruptions
