My Car Guy is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor who takes pride in professionalism, communication, and helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicles.
We are not looking for someone who simply writes tickets. We want a true advisor who can build relationships, manage workflow efficiently, and help create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers professionally and build trust
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
- Present repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Prepare estimates and communicate repair timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Help maintain a smooth, organized front office environment
- Deliver a customer experience that keeps people coming back
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor/service writer experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid automotive knowledge
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
