CNA/Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and Caregivers to provide exceptional patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through attentive and respectful caregiving that includes housekeeping, meal preps and/or personal care in the clients home. Candidates with experience in providing home care servicesl is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using assistive devices
• Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care or, memory care.
• Provide services that includes housekeeping, meal preps, laundry and/or personal care.
• Maintain infection control practices using aseptic techniques during personal care.
• Document patient information thoroughly in AxisCare
• Collaborate with office staff regarding client condition or any changes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Ensure patient safety by recognizing signs of deterioration and responding promptly to emergencies.

Requirements

• Experienced CNA or caregiver with 1yr of experience
• Experience working in healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care settings.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including geriatrics, individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
• Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for providing high-quality client service.
• Ability to adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. This role is vital in delivering comprehensive patient care while fostering a supportive atmosphere in the comfort of their homes.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
