Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh poke bowls according to recipes and customer orders
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register (POS) and process payments
- Assist customers with menu questions and order customization
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy hours
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
