My Bath LLC is a locally owned bathroom remodeling company based in Butler, PA. Our primary service area is southern Butler County and northern Allegheny County, with projects throughout the surrounding region.

We specialize in high-quality solid-surface shower systems and bathroom remodeling. We are not a one-day bath company. Our focus is doing high-quality remodeling work while taking exceptional care of our customers and their homes.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable tradesperson who can step into our crew and contribute immediately.

This is not a helper or entry-level position. However, you will not be expected to walk in on day one and carry the responsibility of being the Lead Installer.

You will work alongside an experienced Lead Installer while learning our products, installation methods and systems. The goal for the right person is to develop into a Lead Installer over the next 12–24 months based on demonstrated ability.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of bathroom remodeling experience, but you do need hands-on construction or remodeling experience and the ability to contribute on a jobsite.

Relevant experience could include:

• Residential remodeling
• Kitchen or bathroom remodeling
• Carpentry or finish carpentry
• Plumbing
• Window and door installation
• Cabinet installation
• Restoration work
• Property maintenance

We can teach you our specific products and installation systems.

What we're looking for is someone who already brings reliability, a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, pride in their work and respect for customers and coworkers.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work alongside our Lead Installer and become involved in all aspects of our bathroom remodeling projects, including:

• Bathroom demolition and preparation
• Solid-surface shower installation
• Framing and carpentry
• Subfloor repair
• LVP flooring installation
• Vanity and cabinet installation
• Trim and finish work
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical work
• Fixture and accessory installation
• Jobsite protection and dust control
• Keeping jobsites clean and organized
• Professional interaction with homeowners

This position requires someone who can maintain productivity, anticipate what needs to happen next, solve problems and help keep the project moving forward.

Compensation & Benefits

$26/hour starting rate

Our normal work schedule provides overtime opportunities, with approximately $75,000 in expected annual wagesbased on a typical work year.

In addition, this position is eligible for our Bathroom Remodeling Technician Performance Bonus Program, with bonuses based on production, quality, reliability and overall job performance.

A Path to Lead Installer

We aren't hiring someone simply to remain a second installer indefinitely.

The goal is to find someone who can become an important part of our installation team now and has the ability and desire to take on greater responsibility as their skills develop.

You will have the opportunity to learn our complete installation process while working alongside an experienced Lead Installer without being expected to run the project yourself from day one.

For the right person, the goal is progression into a Lead Installer position within approximately 12–24 months, based on demonstrated skill, reliability, leadership and ability to manage a project.

Requirements

• Previous professional construction, remodeling or installation experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential remodeling
• Comfortable working inside customers' homes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
• Professional communication and demeanor
• Authorized to work in the United States

While solid-surface showers are our specialty, we are not a one-day bath company. We approach our projects as remodelers and take the time necessary to do the work correctly—from demolition and preparation through plumbing, carpentry, flooring, cabinetry and finish work.
