At My Auto Import Center, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Parts Associate to join our dynamic team. We're looking for candidates with Monday-Friday availability with some Saturdays. Base pay starts at 35K with commission benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right parts for their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations.
- Utilize our advanced computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of required parts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in an automotive parts or service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive parts and their application in different vehicles is a plus.
- Customer Focus: A friendly and customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable using computer systems and software to process orders and track inventory.
