What you’ll do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in meaningful conversations about our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for warm calling and lead generation.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Leverage Salesforce to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through follow-up calls and personalized communication.
Basic qualifications
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong background in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in telemarketing or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer relationships effectively.
