My Appliance Guy is a locally owned appliance repair company serving Lake, Geauga, and Eastern Cuyahoga Counties, and we're continuing to expand. We're looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our field team in a full-time W-2 position.

What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and ovens
- Run your own daily route of scheduled service calls and follow-up visits
- Explain repairs and pricing clearly to customers in their homes
- Document needed parts, job notes, and photos in our scheduling software (Jobber)
- Use our in-house diagnostics app to troubleshoot in the field
What we're looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience repairing residential appliances
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across major brands
- A dependable self-starter who can manage a full day of calls independently
- Clear, professional communication with customers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
