Job Summary
As the Communications and Events Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping a world-class team member experience. You will enhance existing internal communications across the organization, drive engagement initiatives, plan high-impact company events, and oversee company swag. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is passionate about fostering an exceptional workplace culture and has a strong bias towards execution. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and execution-driven.
Job Duties
Plan and deliver internal communications across multiple channels to keep team members informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
Craft clear and engaging internal communications, including leadership messaging, announcements, change updates, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
Partner with People Experience to design and deliver initiatives that elevate the team member experience and reinforce company culture.
Develop and execute internal communication plans to support cross-functional teams, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned.
Plan and execute internal events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and branded materials, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Measure communication and event effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure all internal communications, events, and materials reflect the company’s brand and tone.
Oversee company-branded swag and the company store, including sourcing, vendor partnerships, inventory, and fulfillment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Data-driven approach to metrics and results.
2-3 years of events, marketing, or related experience.
2-3 years of communications experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to make executive decisions and exercise judgment within defined guidelines.

Ability to prioritize initiatives and coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders across multiple teams.
Affinity for creative thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
