MXI Partners are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join one of the most established design/build partners nationwide. Our client specializes in mission critical infrastructure, from data centers and labs to healthcare facilities, aviation facilities and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and kickoff through execution, delivery, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational objectives, proactively addressing any deviations.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change requests, schedules, reports, deliverables, and other project records.
- Evaluate and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing support, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual requirements, and established project management processes.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships by understanding business needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Support decision-making by gathering data, analyzing project information, and providing actionable recommendations.

Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
