You ensure technical and engineering programs are delivered and aligned with Mondelēz International worldwide goals. You have full technical responsibility for executing capital projects, technical development, and feasibility perspectives on engineering-related activities in the supply chain to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. To ensure adherence to Mondelēz standards, you follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management. As a member of the management team, you interact with senior-level clients and the technical community. How you will contribute You will be responsible for strategic capital plan and projects within your scope, their quality and related process parameters, and the implementation and results and ensure they are completed under Mondelēz standards for business and innovation processes in project management and execution. During the development phase of mid to large capital investment initiatives, you will assign project resources and define and deliver the capital and technical agenda to key stakeholders to provide accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions. You will work with business development and supply chain directors to develop capital budgets according to the contract and the forecast cash flow. In addition, you will ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are implemented; develop and implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices; and assign and manage engineering resource and people management and development needs. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Engineering and operations Project management Working effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Technical expertise across engineering disciplines Technical expertise across engineering disciplines Job Specific Requirements * Strong experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, or project execution within FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods environments. * Proven track record leading the installation, commissioning, startup, and stabilization of new production lines. * Experience managing large-scale capital projects, preferably with responsibility for investments exceeding USD 100M. * Deep understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies and continuous improvement practices. * Solid knowledge of project management, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and timeline control. * Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams. * Strong capability to drive operational readiness, performance ramp-up, and sustainable manufacturing results after startup. * Experience implementing manufacturing systems, operational standards, and performance management processes. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, develop, and lead high-performing teams. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Ability to work in fast-paced and complex project environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery. * Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
