MX Fuels and Propane is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to assist in our daily fuel and propane sales operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- General data entry into our Fuel software.
- Posting customer payments into accounting software.
- Management and posting of customer HEAP vouchers.
- Answering phones.
- Processing customer orders, payments and answering service-related questions.
- Various other duties as needed.
This position requires someone who is:
- Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented.
- proficient in Microsoft and Excel, and has basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in typing on both a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Experience with using accounting software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
