Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Glendale, CA 91201
Duration: 1 Month (Possibilities of conversion)
Shift: M-F 6am - 3pm with availability for OT
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- light production/studio
- Working within an office campus
- Initial week of training will be during day shift
Team Overview:
- Will work with a small team of other engineers
Resource's typical working day:
- Need to be able to respond to electrical outages
- Office needs
- Generators
- cooling towers
- Chillers
- Minor work requests
- On-site to handle
- HVAC work
- Minor electrical work
- Minor Plumbing work
Licenses/Certifications:
- Must have Electrical or HVAC certification
Must Have Skills:
- Ability to email nightly reports
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Basic Electrical knowledge
- Basic plumbing knowledge
Nice to have skills:
- Troubleshooting HVAC and Electrical issues
- Troubleshooting computer units
- Carpentry Skills
Years of Experience:
6-1 years
Education
- h.s. diploma, trade school preferred
Software skills:
- Microsoft Outlook
- CMMS experience
- Building automation
Interview Process:
- 1 interview with H.M. May be on-site or virtual
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
