MWI is looking for dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Spencer, Iowa. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality building components while contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment.
We have opportunities at both facilities in Spencer!
- MWI East Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am -4:30 pm
- MWI West Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and tools in accordance with training and safety guidelines
- Assemble, fabricate, package, and inspect products
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and report defects or concerns
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and staging
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, measurements, and basic work documents
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measuring)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50–75 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
