About the Role
MWH is seeking a Senior Project Systems Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This individual will manage the systems for the entire Walnut Creek Project, ensuring all systems comply with safety, legal, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project teams in setting up approved company software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Smartsheet, Power BI, and other approved tools.
- Train Project Systems Engineers and project teams on the use of these software tools and provide ongoing support.
- Create metrics and reports that are used company-wide
- Partner with project managers to present standard metrics and discuss additional reporting needs.
- Create and maintain of company-specific workflows and guides that can be tailored to individual projects.
- Provide leadership and oversight of project systems strategy.
- Serve as the liaison between project engineering/management, software representatives, and executive leadership.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with safety, legal, and company standards.
- Oversee systems support from project initiation through closeout.
- Champion and lead continuous improvements and adoption of emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (STEM majors preferred)
- Expert experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- 6 years of experience in cloud software management OR related experience
- 6 years systems process management experience
Preferred Skills:
- 6 years of experience in the wastewater or construction management industry
- Knowledge of Autodesk Suite
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Bluebeam Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Procore Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Office 2019)
Compensation
- Anticipated budgeted salary for this position is at $125,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
