Real Estate & Family Office Associate Attorney - Fort Worth, TX
MW Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to hire a Real Estate & Family Office Associate Attorney for its Fort Worth office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong transactional experience to work directly with sophisticated clients, including real estate sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a broad mix of complex commercial and real estate transactions.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
Support sponsor-side real estate deals involving debt financing, joint venture structuring, offering documents, and transaction closings.
Advise clients on post-acquisition asset management matters such as leasing, property management, and loan modifications.
Represent sponsors, institutional investors, and equity partners across a variety of real estate and investment structures.
Advise family offices on structuring and administering single- and multi-family entities, including governance, succession planning, and transactional matters.
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
2 years of experience with complex commercial transactions, ideally including real estate matters.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with real estate sponsors, investors, or family office clients is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and navigate complex subject matter effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing national practice.
Active Texas Bar admission required.
