We are seeking subcontractrs for Cannabis Trimming to join our team. This role involves precise trimming and processing of cannabis plants to ensure high-quality product standards. The ideal Subcontracting candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This independent contracting position offers an opportunity to develop skills in cannabis processing within a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to meet quality standards
- Trimming quality product while ensuring proper handling and care
- Use hand tools such as scissors effectively
- Identify different plant strains and recognize signs of plant health or issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools throughout shifts
- Follow safety protocols during all trimming and handling activities
- Must have a flexible schedule in regards to working on the weekend.
- Take direction from Management on quality standards and correct any issues if applicable.
Experience
- Familiarity with plant identification
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools is beneficial
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management are helpful
- Previous experience working with cannabis is desirable but not required
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for plant care. Candidates should be capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout their shift.
