Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) | Remote eligible if located 50 miles from the office or out of state (Georgia license required)

MW Talent is partnering with a highly successful and growing personal injury law firm to hire a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid for attorneys based in the Atlanta area (in-office work required)

• Remote available for attorneys who live 50 miles from the Atlanta office or out of state, as long as they are licensed in Georgia

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary

• Plus performance-based bonuses, typically ranging from $220,000–$240,000 annually

• Base salary is in addition to bonuses

• Additional performance incentives may also be available

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters (auto accidents, trucking, premises liability, etc.)

• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters

• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients

• Collaborate with legal support staff and provide case guidance

• Oversee case progress from intake through settlement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law (required)

• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia

• Strong negotiation and case management skills

• Experience mentoring paralegals or legal teams is a plus

• Able to thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment
