Work Arrangement:
• Hybrid for attorneys based in the Atlanta area
• Remote available for attorneys who live 50 miles from the Atlanta office or out of state, as long as they are licensed in Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters (auto accidents, trucking, premises liability, etc.)
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
• Collaborate with legal support staff and provide case guidance
• Oversee case progress from intake through settlement
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law (required)
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
• Experience mentoring paralegals or legal teams is a plus
• Able to thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment
