Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Support the installation of siding, drywall, windows, and other building components.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret construction plans to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Learn and follow industry best practices related to industrial construction processes.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures related to construction sites.
• Prior experience or familiarity with industrial construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Comfort using power tools and performing manual labor tasks such as siding, drywall installation, and window setting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks typical of construction work.
