SUMMARY:
The Shipping Coordinator II supports the Warehouse by maintaining company agreed upon metrics to track on time shipments and shipping errors and cycle count effectiveness.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping paperwork, packing slips, bills of lading, and customer documentation.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
- Monitor order priorities and coordinate workflow to meeting customer deadlines.
- Use ERP and shipping systems to track inventory, shipments, and order updates.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory counts, and material movement.
- Troubleshoot shipping and order issues to minimize delays and improve accuracy.
- Projects a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization, contributing to a constructive and respectful workplace culture.
- Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Other tasks as assigned.
SALARY RANGE:
Salary: $52,000-$57,000

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required
- High School Diploma and two years of experience in the above areas required.
- Experience using ERP a plus.
