SUMMARY:
The Production Technician meets daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work safely in a team environment
- Meet daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts
- Must be able to read and learn to interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings
- Must be able to learn to read precision measuring instruments
- Set-up/Troubleshoot equipment
- Assist other shifts or areas as needed
- Keep work area clean
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings and in precision measurement or become proficient through training.
- Familiar with use of beakers, pipettes, hot plates, and other basic lab equipment.
- Capable of collection Plating Bath Samples for analysis.
- Experienced in basic Lab Safety.
- Can conduct, under supervision, titrations, mixing solutions per recipe, and other basic lab scale tests.
- Complete testing result reports and document on paper records.

SALARY RANGE:
$18.00 - $21.00 / Hour based on experience
