Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. This position supports production by minimizing downtime through effective diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Essential Functions:

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

Diagnose and repair equipment including CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and other production machinery

Work on electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase power and control circuits

Prioritize and respond to maintenance requests to support production needs

Perform repairs to building systems, including basic HVAC and plumbing

Respond to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Maintain accurate maintenance records as required

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout practices

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems (120V–480V, 3-phase)

Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems

Preferred:

Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines

Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (troubleshooting required; programming a plus)

Strong multi-trade mechanical aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
