Channel Sales Manager - DME

Job Summary

VOCIC is seeking an experienced DME channel sales manager to grow our rehabilitation assistive device business (wheelchairs, walkers, home-care beds, nursing aids) within assigned U.S. states.
This role focuses on building and managing local distributor and facility networks—including DME distributors, senior-care centers, rehab centers, and LTC facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional distributors and channel partners (e.g., AdaptHealth regional teams, Optum local partners, HME dealers).
• Expand channel coverage and support sales execution in assigned states.
• Achieve regional sales targets and manage pricing, training, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, Medicare Part B/D, Medicaid, and state DMEPOS licensing rules.
• Support partners with product demos, caregiver training, and local promotional events.
• Provide market feedback and coordinate with HQ product and supply-chain teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of DME channel sales experience in assigned states
• Experience working with local DME distributors, senior care, rehab centers, or LTC facilities
• Knowledge of rehab/home-care equipment
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid basics
• Strong B2B sales and channel management skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce experience
• Mandarin a plus

Other Requirements:

• 30–50% travel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
