What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at MVW Construction and Roofing?

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will be writing website content, articles, blogs, taking photos, overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking budgets and leads generated, and overseeing a range of marketing projects.
The Opportunity:
· Write compelling articles, blogs, case studies, and promotional copy for the website about our products and services.
· Assist with tracking lead sources, lead flow, and marketing spending.
· Implement marketing initiatives to generate leads within budget and allowable costs.
· Achieve organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
· Work inter-departmentally as a brand ambassador to ensure branding consistency and accuracy across all platforms and materials (online and offline).
· Provide support with efficiency, determination, and self-discipline in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment for all marketing projects and promotions.
· Develop and implement an engaging, professional content calendar for all social media platforms.
· Oversee all external site listings and respond to reviews on external sites.
· Research and pursue award opportunities, including writing and submitting entries.
· Assist the Marketing department with a range of projects and campaigns as needed.
· Find and coordinate all aspects of local home shows throughout the year, including but not limited to, signup, setup/breakdown, booth materials, budget, lead tracking, and ideas to improve show efficiency and conversion. (if applicable)
Job Requirements:
· 2-3 years of professional experience in Communication or Marketing
· Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Superior writing skills including use of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
· Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
· Exceptional problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
· Exhibit a sense of urgency and ownership of projects through to completion and within the deadline.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Skilled focus and prioritization of a range of projects, tasks, and deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Willingness to visit job sites to gain knowledge, take photos, and write content for our products and services; reliable transportation is required.
· High proficiency with software packages such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, etc.
· Experience in show or event coordination is a plus, but not required. (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40, $60,000.00 per year
