Branch Services Supervisor: $26.00 - $30.00
What You’ll Do
- Support daily branch operations and help maintain a strong, service-focused team culture
- Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
- Build customer relationships, identify referral opportunities, and support branch growth
- Assist with staffing support, performance management, and employee development
- Ensure branch procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed
- Promote banking products, digital services, and referral opportunities
- Provide teller and customer service support as needed
- Resolve customer concerns and make sound day-to-day operational decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a customer-facing environment
- Proficiency with banking systems and standard office technology
- Flexibility to work weekends, as needed, and travel between locations when required
