What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician-Laboror position at MVR Property Services?
We are looking for a general maintenance technician to join our team. Starting Pay is $18.00/hour DOE and increases after short probation period to determine skill set. Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 with occasional on-call on weekends for emergency maintenance on rental units. Duties listed below and may include additional tasks dependent on company needs. Experience with general handyman tasks, building maintenance, and operating large trucks with trailers and snow plows a big plus!
- Perform road and grounds maintenance/snow removal.
- Operate variety of equipment and power tools.
- Perform limited repairs of buildings and associated equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical circuits and fixtures.
- Repairs of plumbing, i.e. leaks, clogs and new installations.
- Service and maintain laundry room equipment.
- Door and lock hardware repair.
- Make structural and finish repairs to buildings with wood and steel fabrication.
- Perform all other duties as requested.
