In this full-time, in-person role, you'll support daily clinic operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication.Our Chittenango clinic is part of a close-knit community, and that family-feel carries into our team and patient care. What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
- Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
- Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
- Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
